It is possible to perform hardening with a maximum width of 26mm and a minimum diameter of φ4.
Our company offers laser hardening, which involves irradiating metal with a laser that has a high absorption wavelength, directly heating the surface and hardening it through heat conduction (self-cooling) to make the surface hard. As long as the laser light can reach the area, processing is possible even on complex shapes or the bottom surfaces of recessed areas. Additionally, since masking is possible, we can heat only the necessary areas.
